Ford develops new remanufacturing method
Ford has developed a new remanufacturing technique which could cut emissions by up to 50%, according to an article on edie.net. The method, which the auto manufacturer calls Plasma Transferred Wire Arc coating technology, delivers a huge reduction in CO2 emissions compared with producing a new engine, as well as reducing the amount of raw materials required.
