SIR Keynote at the ‘Circular Economy for Clean Energy Transition’ Research Symposium
Supporting the transition to a circular economy continues to be a key focus for the SIR. In October 2022, SIR’s Professor Winifred Ijomah gave the keynote at the ‘Circular Economy for Clean Energy Transition’ Research Symposium. The symposium and networking event were part of a British Council project between UK Universities Bristol and Edinburgh Napier and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman of Malaysia, about using invasive plant to process it in valuable battery components.
