SIR Co-Director to speak at key Holyrood event
Professor Jonathan Corney will be speaking at “Why Industrial Evolution must be sustainable”, a reception hosted by Jayne Baxter, MSP, The Manufacturing Commission and Scottish Enterprise on Thursday 17th March.
The reception focuses on the Manufacturing Commission’s latest report “Industrial Evolution – Making Britain Sustainable” and the recently published Scottish manufacturing action plan “A Manufacturing Future for Scotland” which comprises key measures for industry and Government to realise Scotland’s manufacturing potential.
The reception will provide a forum for members of industry and policy makers to discuss and explore the potential of the opportunities presented in the action plan and key measures to help improve industrial sustainability.
