Thursday, 4th May 2017, 4:00 pm – 5:45 pm   Registration from 3:30 pm

Venue: The Technology and Innovation Centre

This event will explore productivity challenges across sectors and from different perspectives: what commonalities are there? Are lessons transferable?

Two exciting and engaging speakers will present diverse perspectives on productivity successes and challenges:

  • Michael Cross – Events Management, SSE Hydro Glasgow, will share some insights into Events Management at one of the world’s most productive venues.
  • Ivan Andonovic – Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Strathclyde, will discuss how technology can be utilised to enable massive productivity gains, with a focus on productivity in farming through digital technology. This work is currently underway as part of a 71 partner EU consortium.

This interactive event will encourage delegates to question from their perspective: What challenges do you face as a business? Where have you been particularly successful?

Come along, learn new approaches, reflect on your own practice, share some of your knowledge and join the debate.
