VIBES awards reward sustainability in all sectors

The Vision in business for the environment of Scotland award (VIBES) rewards, showcases and sustains environmental good practice in all sectors of Scottish businesses.

The awards (which are held in partnership between Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), The Scottish Government, Energy Saving Trust, Highland & Islands Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Water, Zero Waste Scotland and the 20:20 Climate Group) aim to encourage the efficient use of resources, enhance the competitiveness of businesses, improve environmental performance and support the wider goals of sustainable development including social benefits through community and staff involvement.

A unique aspect of the VIBES awards is that tailored feedback and advice on further environmental improvement, including signposting to free Government assistance is provided.

Award categories are open to different sized Scottish Businesses and include (amongst others)

  • Circular Economy
  • Innovation
  • Management
  • Environmental Product or Service
  • Green Teams
