SIR has a wide network of academics and research groups throughout the UK and across the globe. We have participated in joint research programmes, contributed to the establishment of remanufacturing centres of expertise, and regularly contribute to conferences and workshops to share knowledge and support the progression of remanufacturing and circular economy innovations.
Members of our team are the founders of the International Conference on Remanufacturing, and we are an active member of the EPSRC Doctoral Training Centre in Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing.
