Reverse Logistics Workshop
In early September, SIR are planning to host a workshop to look at Reverse Logistics in remanufacturing.
The idea is to look at key lessons from some recent projects, look at common working models and then in working sessions apply the Reverse Logistics Maturity Model by Cranfield University and DHL to each of the businesses at the workshop.
