Professor Winifred Ijomah, SIR Director, appointed as Senior Special Advisor in Remanufacturing
The Scottish Institute for Remanufacturing is committed to supporting the advancement of Remanufacturing, both at national and international level, with a commitment to Sustainable Development. The appointment of Scottish Institute for Remanufacturing Director, Professor Winifred Ijomah, as Senior Special Advisor in Remanufacturing to the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Oluytole, Ibadan, is part of our continued commitment.
Following the success of the Royal Society International Collaboration “Remanufacture: A Strategy to Enable Affordable Quality Healthcare in Developing Countries”, this was one of several positive outcomes. Throughout “Remanufacture: A Strategy to Enable Affordable Quality Healthcare in Developing Countries”, many collaborative sessions were held between the Scottish Institute for Remanufacturing and colleagues from Ibadan, Nigeria, to support remanufacturing strategy and remanufacturing pathways in Nigeria.
