The project team from Heriot-Watt University guided the The Turbo Guy team through a bespoke 3 stage process to redesign the company’s business model and create a brand identity aligned to circular economy, and that would emphasise its remanufacturing expertise. This case study outlines the process and outcomes of this approach, including the expect benefits to the company.
